Contact the house
One address for everything: support@liars-dice.club.
What to write about
- Your account — a password that will not reset, a letter that never arrived, a nickname. Write from the email address on the account.
- A bug — say what you did, what happened instead of what you expected, and on which device and browser.
- A player or an avatar — the report button in the game is the quickest way, because it carries the line or the picture with it. A letter works too: name the nickname and the table.
- Privacy and deletion — the privacy page says what is stored; deleting an account has its own page.
- A mistake in a guide — a number that looks wrong, a rule described badly, a translation that reads oddly. Name the page and the sentence.
- Press, advertising and partnerships — the same address.
What helps the house answer
Your nickname, the device and browser, and roughly when it happened. Never send a password: the house will not ask for one, in a letter or anywhere else.
When to expect an answer
Letters are read by a person, in the order they arrive. A request to delete an account is carried out within seven days, and the reply says when it is done.
Who you are writing to
Liar's Dice Club is an independent project — the page about the club says who runs it and how the guides are made.
